How to use the Garden Mix

Step 1Each spring, add a few bags to the vegetable garden soil to enrich it and provide new nutrients. (Some plants are heavy feeders, and the vegetable garden needs an annual supply of nutrients.)

Step 2Work into the existing soil, avoiding excessive tilling or deep digging to prevent disturbing beneficial microorganisms. Also avoid compacting.

Step 3Plant and sow as soon as the temperature allows.
